Two branded platforms currently serving users.
Custom AI product studio
Custom AI software for work that does not fit off-the-shelf tools.
We design and build internal tools, workflow automation, and customer-facing products. For creators and educators with proven demand, we build the platform behind the business.
You work directly with the people designing and building the product.
Slee Studio and Coachify are live products serving customers through platforms we helped build.
Designed, built, tested, and launched with the client.
Define the first production version before expanding it.
Code, infrastructure, third-party services, and support are made explicit.
What we build
Software for a specific business need, not AI for its own sake.
A good starting point is usually a task people repeat, a decision that takes too long, or a customer experience held together by too many tools.
AI workflow automation
Connect AI to the documents, systems, and approvals already involved in the job. We design for exceptions and human review, not only the happy path.
- Operations and support
- Document processing
- Review and approval flows
Internal AI tools
Purpose-built tools for teams that need to search company knowledge, prepare work, or make decisions with better context.
- Knowledge search and retrieval
- Research and drafting tools
- Evaluation, permissions, and audit trails
Customer products
AI features and complete products that customers can use directly, from onboarding and recommendations to paid learning experiences.
- Customer portals
- AI-assisted product features
- Subscription and education platforms
An audience becomes a business when the offer, purchase, delivery, and support experience work together. We build that system under your brand.
Discuss your platformSelected work
Two platforms we have helped bring to market.
Slee Studio
Slee Studio is Sandy Lee's AI personal-brand product for creators and founders. We built the platform that brings her brand and content methodology into a product customers can use directly.
- Brief
- Turn Sandy's content frameworks into a self-serve product under her own brand.
- Platform
- Brand blueprint, content research, LinkedIn generation, and channel analysis in one account.
- Live today
- Creators and founders can move from positioning to content creation without stitching together separate tools.
CoachifyLive
Coachify had built a large audience around CAT preparation. We helped turn its courses, practice material, testing, and student support into a platform learners can use from free preparation through paid programs.
- Brief
- Bring a large course catalogue, practice library, tests, and mentoring journeys into one student experience.
- Platform
- Course discovery, purchase and onboarding flows, daily practice, testing, progress tracking, and administration.
- Live today
- Students can access live and self-paced courses, daily CAT practice, mock tests, analytics, and support from one branded product.
How we work
A defined first release, then evidence.
We start small enough to understand what is working, but complete enough for real users and real data.
- 01
Understand the job
Learn who does the work, where it breaks down, what data is available, and what improvement would matter.
- 02
Design the first release
Define the user experience, integrations, controls, technical approach, and a scope your team can evaluate.
- 03
Build and launch
Develop the product, test it against real scenarios, and put it in the hands of the people who will use it.
- 04
Improve from use
Use feedback, quality, usage, and cost data to decide what should change or be added next.
AI Blueprint
A focused engagement to map the users, workflow, data, technical approach, risks, and first release.
Product Build
Design, engineering, testing, and launch for an agreed first version, with support or handover defined upfront.
How the studio works
The people you meet stay involved.
Particular Systems takes on a limited number of projects so product and technical decisions can be made directly with the client. There is no account-management handoff between the brief and the build.
A small, founder-led product studio.
- 01Direct collaboration
- 02Scope agreed before development
- 03Ownership and support documented

Tell us what you are trying to change.
A useful first note is simple: what happens today, who is affected, and what better would look like. We will tell you whether a blueprint, a product build, or neither is the sensible next step.
Share the current process, systems involved, constraints, timeline, and any result the project needs to produce.
Common questions
Before we build.
No. A chat interface is useful only when it fits the job. Our work can include internal tools, document workflows, search and retrieval, automation, and complete customer-facing products.
Most focused builds are planned in phases. Once the scope, data, and integrations are clear, a first release will often target four to eight weeks. Systems with complex security or integration requirements can take longer.
Yes. We first map the systems involved and decide what should be integrated, replaced, or left alone. The aim is to reduce operational friction without forcing an unnecessary migration.
Ownership is agreed in the proposal before work begins. Our default is for the client to control the production code, business data, and core service accounts. Third-party software and models remain subject to their own licenses.
Before development, we define what data the system may access, where it is processed, who can use it, and what needs to be logged. Requirements such as single sign-on, role-based access, cloud deployment, and vendor review are scoped with the client.
The engagement can end with a documented handover or continue into maintenance and product development. We agree the support model, response expectations, and ongoing costs before launch.
